Great, friendly, helpful staff. John was always willing to help! Walked us to a restaurant and ordered food in Korean for us. Rooms were new and clean. Nice neighbourhood, close to markets, shops and subway.
The hot water was at times unreliable, but overall a good stay.

Hotel staff is cooperative, can speak a fair amount of English. Staying here is comfortable and cheap.
The bad thing is that its some what difficult for foreigners to reach the spot, as the maps too are in local language.

Although this hotel was closed to Ginpo airport, it wasnt not so far to the centre of city. Actually, it was not near to the station. But I think that for ten minutes on foot from station was not hard to walk.
The room was quite warm all day. I couldn't understand how to use air conditioner and light. If there was a instruction book, it would be helpful.

John, the owner of the hotel, is really a great guy, very communicative , with excellent sense of humor )))) thanks to him our stay in Seoul became so unforgettable (I mean the soju party and octopus dinner ha-ha))) he was always eager to help and gave us lots of useful information. The location of the hotel is quite unique ,because this part of Seoul remains a sort of “terra incognita” for the foreigners ,that’s why it seemed so exotic and attractive for us. Nearby is situated a traditional food market ,one of the best in Seoul, very famous among local citizens, if you want to buy some genuine kimchi or other delicious food it’s the best place to do it ))) The subway station situated not far from the hotel and using metro line 5 we could easily reach the most famous sightseeing places . Rooms are clean and very stylish, with free internet connection , our room was equipped with Jacuzzi eeeee….!!!! >_

Staff were great and very helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. Some free drinks supplied as well. Room had two computers in it.
It is a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes to the metro which is fine if weather is nice. No wardrobe to hang any clothes.

Computers are available in the room and use is free....this is a service which is rarely found in hotels and comensated for the location being outside the tourist district.
Location was farther than anticipated from the tourist areas. Although the subway access is nearby, it can be confusing on arrival. With only one person speaking fluent English one should figure out the system prior to arrival in case the person is not at the hotel at time of arrival. Since the hotel was advertised on Booked.net with no reference to this it was expected that English would be easily available.
